Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K

Here’s an essential note before using the Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K:

• Stable Printing Environment: Store your 3D Printer in a dry and ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight. Make sure it is placed on a flat surface.
• Protective Measures: Make sure that you wear gloves, a mask, safety goggles, and long-sleeved clothing.

To maintain this product, you can follow these steps: 

• Clean the Z-axis: Firstly, dry clean the T-screw on the Z-axis. Then, a thin layer of general lubricant should be applied to it so that it whirls smoothly.
• Clean the 3D printer: Clean the printer and resin tank and build a plate with rubbing alcohol and tissue paper.

If you are using it for the first time, please follow the steps below carefully: 

• LCD Test 
  • Click on Tools and then click on LCD Test
  • Check that the image on the LCD screen matches the image on the touch panel.
  • The LCD TEST is complete when the LCD screen displays the image.
• Z-axis Calibration
  • Click on the TOOLS button and then on the Z CALIB button.
  • Remove the resin vat. Place an A4 sheet of paper on the LCD. Unscrew 4 screws on the sides of the building plate.
  • Wait until the build plate touches the LCD screen.
  • Then tighten all 4 screws. Tug the paper to make sure it can’t be moved easily. Click DONE to finish calibration. Wait for the building slab to retract into the top.
